The News Minute | December 19, 2014 | 8:25 am ISTAndhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday said that we would continue to function from the common capital of Hyderabad but would like to shift some of the state offices to Vijayawada by next June.According to a report in the Times of India, Naidu while addressing a Telugu Desam Legislature Party (TDLP) meeting said that the government employees should be willing to work from the proposed capital region though there is lack of facilities.Though a plan is yet to be unveiled by the chief minister, it is expected that at least 70 percent of the administration will function from Vijayawada and Guntur by June 2015. An area near the Vijayawada airport was identified four months ago for setting up offices but the state government has not notified the IT SEZ to enable usage of the area.
