Do you believe that a person with mental illness is definitely less productive than you, or for that matter is not normal as you are? Well, this is the time to rethink. Mental illness affects a huge number of people worldwide; affecting us and those among us, but unfortunately the awareness around such issues seem to elude many. A video released by Sam Kirkegaard called 5 myths of mental illness debunked is an eye-opener of sorts. As the name suggests, the video discusses five common myths around mental illness and shoots holes in them. This video is a fifth in a series of 31 videos for mental health by Kirkegaard.
