  Three men allegedly kidnapped and gangraped a 17-year-old girl at a farmhouse owned by a former MLA in Alur taluk in Hassan district last week, reported Deccan Chronicle. The three men work at the farm house owned by former MLA Basavaraj. The girl was allegedly kidnapped on July 7 and taken to the farm house where she was kept locked inside. During this period, she was allegedly gangraped by the three men. The girl was found abandoned outside her house on July 7, the report said. Following this, the girl complained of stomach ache and was taken to hospital by her parents. Doctors on examining her found that she was raped. The parents then lodged a complaint at Alur police station and the girl was subjected to medical test, the forensic lab reports of which are awaited. She was produced before a magistrate to record her statement on Tuesday. The girl has named the three men, and the main accused, Lokesh, works as a writer at the farm house, she said. Subsequently, Lokesh was taken into custody and is being questioned by police while they are on lookout for the other two accused, the report added.
