Tollywood actor Manchu Manoj’s career took a downslide with a string of flops. Following this, the actor had announced that he would be quitting films. However, it looks like Manoj has been bitten by the movie bug again.

According to latest information from sources, a new director impressed him with a strong storyline which he is looking forward to play a role in. Manoj will also be bankrolling the film. 

Nabha Natesh is most likely to pair up with the actor in this entertainer. Talks are on to rope in the rest of the cast and crew and we can expect an official word soon.

The star recently launched his production house MM Arts. Marking Diwali, the actor made an official announcement and has promised content-oriented movies on the banner. Announcing his new venture Manoj tweeted saying, "New Journey has begun, My Own Production House MM Arts is born and my upcoming movies work has begun with full Force under MM Arts. I am looking forward to meet, bring in Many new talents and I am excited to meet new talents and promise some great movies in the future."

Manchu Manoj’s last film release was Okkadu Migaludu in 2017. The film was directed by Ajay Andrews and Ajay Nuthakki and its technical crew included Siva Nandigama for music, VK Ramaraj for cinematography and Karthika Srinivas for editing. It was produced by S N Reddy and H Laxmikanth Reddy.

Manoj began his career as a child artiste and was mainly seen as the child version of his father Mohan Babu. He made his debut as hero in 2004 with Donga Dongadi and since then has acted in a number of films. It may be noted here that the actor was facing personal struggles and announced his divorce recently.
