Mahesh Babu to team up with AR Murugadoss for bilingual project, to get paid Rs 23 cr

Director AR Murugadoss has revealed that his forthcoming movie with Mahesh Babu will have a strong social message. The movie’s script work has been locked recently and the pre-production has also been wrapped up. The movie’s plot reportedly deals with issues regarding courts and the government.

Tipped to be made on a budget of Rs. 90 crore, the yet-untitled project will be simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil. Most likely to star Parineeti Chopra, it’s slated to go on the floors next month and scheduled to be wrapped up by the year-end.

According to grapevine, Mahesh Babu will receive his highest salary ever for this film. He is likely to get Rs. 23 crore. Meanwhile, director AR Murugadoss will get his regular fee of Rs 20 crore.

Currently, Murugadoss is busy with his Bollywood project, Akhira starring Sonakshi Sinha which he will be wrapping up soon.
