The prince of Tollywood Mahesh Babu’s fans are eager to know about the developments of his upcoming film Bharath Ane Nenu. According to reports doing the rounds, the team is currently busy shooting the scenes set in the Chief Minister’s chamber. Earlier, the team had completed shooting the Assembly session sequences which have reportedly come out well. Sets resembling the state assembly and the chambers of the state legislators have been erected at a studio where these scenes are being shot.

Mahesh Babu plays the role of the Chief Minister in Bharath Ane Nenu giving rise to speculations that it could be a high profile political thriller. However, sources close to the film unit say that there would be oodles of romance, action, and comedy as well, which the star’s fans can look forward to.

Written and directed by Koratala Siva and produced by DVV Dhanayya under the banner DVV Entertainments, the film is made on a budget of Rs. 55 crores. Reports are that the team initially intended to shoot the film at the State Legislative Assembly buildings but with the authorities denying permission, they opted to build the sets which have turned out to be the exact replica of the real buildings.

Mahesh Babu plays the lead role in this magnum opus with Kiara Advani pairing up with him. The star cast also includes R Sarathkumar and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles with Devaraj, Aamani, Sithara, Posani Krishna Murali, Devadas Kanakala, P. Ravi Shankar, Jeeva, Yashpal Sharma and Rahul Ramakrishna in the star cast.

Devi Sri Prasad is setting the tunes for this film with Ravi K. Chandran cranking the camera and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao editing it. Bharath Ane Nenu is progressing at a brisk pace with its release scheduled on April 27 next year.
