A 10-member gang of Congress workers, who were wielding machetes, allegedly attacked two Shri Ram Sene activists on Wednesday in Gadag.
The incident occurred in Gangimadi area of Gadag at around 3.00pm.
According to the Gadag SP, Shri Ram Sene District President, Raju Kanappa and Basavaraj Kutrtikoti were walking on the road when they were attacked.

“Raju’s relatives alleged that Mahatesh Belthady and his relatives Sureah and Arun Belthady had on many occasions entered their home and threatened Raju.
