Kannada stars Kichcha Sudeep and Darshan were famously known as close friends in the industry. However, recently their friendship seems to have hit rocky waters, and the two actors seem to have parted ways.
Proof of the sudden change came in the form of a tweet from Darshan, in which he declared that he and Sudeep were not friends anymore, only actors in the same industry. And while he did not clarify the reason for the split, he requested fans and others not to speculate further on the issue.

Fans who were shocked at the sudden announcement have been hoping that other stars could intervene and patch things up between the former best friends. One fan even tweeted to Sumalatha Ambareesh, requesting that she tell actor and politician Ambareesh to broker a peace between Sudeep and Darshan.
However, Sumalatha quickly put a stop to any thoughts of Ambareesh intervening, replying, “Boss..they r 2 mature adults who have made a decision..right or wrong lets respect it & move on..”
