KC Joseph, along with the Member of Parliament from Kollam constituency, MP Premachandran, was in Philadelphia and is now in Illinois for attending FOKNA (Federation of Kerala Association in North America)’s function.The article says that FOKNA’s innovative programs include a variety of programmes like the fashion show they organize among women under the title of “Malayali Manga”. Kochi Post asks why the Minister found it necessary to attend such functions, when NORKA is supposed to champion the cause of the non-resident Keralites.
