After making her Telugu debut earlier this year with Ram Pothineni-starrer Nenu Sailaja, actress Keerthy Suresh has been paired with Nani in her second outing in the language.
To be directed by Trinadha Rao, who had previously made Cinema Choopista Maava, the project is tipped to go on the floors later this year and the makers have apparently paid Keerthy Rs 20 lakh. While she was paid a pittance of Rs. 5 lakh for Nenu Sailaja, she’s said to have hiked her remuneration after working with leading stars such as Sivakarthikeyan in Remo and Ilaiyathalapathy Vijay in his yet-untitled 60th film.
After signing Vijay 60, Keerthy is in demand and filmmakers are said to be queuing up to cast her. Apparently, she was the initial choice for superstar Mahesh Babu’s next film with A.R Murugadoss too. However, the producer changed his mind at the last minute and roped in Parineeti Chopra as her presence would give the project nation-wide media mileage.
Keerthy is currently busy shooting for Vijay 60, besides finishing her portion in Remo, where’s she paired with Sivakarthikeyan for the second time in a row after Rajini Murugan.
