Indian mobile phones venture Karbonn Mobiles has come up with a new range of models which the company claims are specially designed with the Indian market in view. These phones, the KX3, KX25, KX26 & KX27 are all feature phones. Karbonn calls them ‘feature-rich’ devices. When you consider that these phones are being sold at prices ranging from Rs 700 to Rs 1,000 you can get the drift.
Karbonn Mobiles has timed the launch of these mobiles to celebrate the country’s independence anniversary that falls on August 15 and are described as ‘Made for India’ mobile phones.
The highlight of these four models is a built-in messaging service called Ztalk. The company says using this messaging service you can transmit text, voice messages, pictures, emoticons, business cards, etc. claiming it can give you a WhatsApp like user experience. The top end in this range the KX27 is capable of communicating with Android and iOS run devices as well.
Now going into the individual models and their specs, the KX3 model comes with 4.5cm Bright Display, 800mAh battery, Boom Box Speaker, Wireless FM Radio with Recorder, Power Saving Mode, Digit Read-out & Video-Music player.
The next in line, the KX25 has a more powerful 1800mAh battery, 6.1 cm Bright Display and features such as FM Radio with recording, Super Bright 4 LED Torch, Digital camera & dual SIM card slots.
The KX26 has a 6.1 cm Bright Display, 1450mAh battery, digital camera, Video-Music player, Boom Box Speaker & Power Saving mode.
The last one which should be considered the top end among the four Karbonn mobile phones featured there, the KX27 comes with a 6.1cm bright display, a 1750mAh battery, digital camera, BT, Video-Music Player, Wireless FM Radio with Recorder & Power Saving Mode.
The phones go on sale this month and can be purchased from Karbonn’ 85,000+ retail partners and the company assure quality backing through its 850+ service centers across India to ensure effective after sales support to its growing consumer base.
