The News Minute | November 6, 2014 | 08:32 am IST A senior IPS officer has alleged that the security guards at the main entrance of the Bangalore Club misbehaved with him and his driver, states a report by Bangalore Mirror. The officer, RP Sharma, claimed that on Wednesday night the guards denied entry to him and his vehicle inside the club despite him telling that he was a member of the club. The police have registered an FIR against the guards under section 341 and 504 of IPC, after Sharma's driver filed a complaint against them accusing them 'of wrongfully restraining him and insulting him', adds the report. Sharma too has registered a written complaint with the club. The officer was later allowed to enter the club after some senior members of the club intervened. Bangalore Mirror also states that the timing of the incident is not clear.
