The song ‘Dandhanaka’ in upcoming Tamil movie Romeo Juliet has caught on well with fans for its catchy tune. However, one may soon not find the original song online after the original inspiration behind it, T Rajendar has filed a legal notice against the movie’s producers. An introduction carrying T Rajendar’s voice, the song’s lyrics that begins with the infamous ‘Dandanaka’ words, is said to be a tribute to the entertainer-actor. However, the ‘tribute’ has not gone down well with the actor who has filed a legal notice to the producer, director, music-director, song-writer, singer  demanding a sum of Rs. one crore as compensation in addition to a demand to remove the song from Youtube. Saying that it was a copyright violation, the notice said that the team had used TR’s name, image and style of delivering dialogues without his consent.
