Granny goes skydiving to celebrate her 100th birthday

The News Minute | November 10, 2014 | 01.50 pm ISTBirthdays are usually about cakes, candles and parties for most of us.For one woman who just turned 100, Eleanor Cunningham, anything ordinary seemed too passe for her as she celebrated her hundredth year by skydiving, reported Associated Press. This is the third time she is jumping , after her first jump at the age of 90 .  According to Daily News, her doctor allowed her on the skydiving expedition saying that her health made it possible to go ahead with the attempt.
