Natural star Nani’s Jersey which hit the screens last week is doing exponentially well at the box office. It has impressed both critics and audiences alike and has been identified as one of the most important films in recent times.

Tollywood stars Jr NTR, Rajamouli, Rana Daggubati, and some others have praised and congratulated Nani for his stellar performance.

On Sunday, the makers had organised a thanksgiving meeting which was graced by the entire cast and crew. The event was also attended by Tollywood star Rana Daggubati, who has a strong penchant for good movies.

Speaking at the event, Rana said he was so impressed with the film that he decided to attend the meet on his own. “All my life, I have never understood some basic things like cricket, marriage, girls and kids. But even I got emotional and cried when I watched Jersey.”

Recently, after watching the film Rana tweeted saying, "Telugu cinema's storytelling in its best time! 'Jersey' what a simple, beautiful story told with excellent craftsmanship," praising the efforts of all those involved in the making of the film.” “Nani you, my friend, are the amongst the country's best! Shraddha Srinath watched you with moist eyes. You were excellent. Satyaraj Garu awesome, always!" he had tweeted. 

The latest to review the film is Baahubali actress Anushka Shetty. Anushka Shetty took to Twitter and praised Nani and director Gowtam for giving an amazing experience. She wrote, " I really wish I had words that match what i feel ... truly truly a fan moment ( just pure love ) ... Nani Goutam tinnanuri. Entire cast and crew... Thank you ...Thank you."

Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Jersey also stars Shraddha Srinath and Sathya Raj, Brahmaji, Subbaraju and Ronit Kamra in lead roles. Bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments, the film has Anirudh composing the tunes, Navin Nooli in charge of the editing and Sanu Varghese cranking the camera.
