The trailer of the Malayalam version of Rana Daggubati’s Nene Raju Nene Mantri was released by none other than his good friend Dulquer Salmaan.

Titled Raja Kireedam in Malayalam, the film is expected to have a simultaneous release along with its Telugu version. Releasing the trailer online, Dulquer had tweeted, “Privileged to present to you my buddy Rana Daggubati’s next release ‘Raja Kireedam’. Here is the trailer.”

In a press note issued by Rana, he wrote, “I always admired Teja’s hunger for brilliance and this one is turning out to be a compelling and thought provoking film. It’s going to be a delight for everyone.” Director Teja wrote, “The film is all about breaking ‘jane do’ (let it go) attitude. Rana is changing this very attitude.”

Nene Raju Nene Mantri is directed by Teja and the film has Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa playing the female leads with Navdeep, Shivaji Raja and Ashutosh Rana as part of the star cast.

Reports say that the film will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam simultaneously. Presented by D. Suresh Babu, the film is produced by Kiran Reddy and Bharath Chowdary under the banners Suresh Productions and Blue Planet Entertainments.

Anoop Rubens has composed music for this political thriller while Venkat C. Dileep has cranked the camera and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao has edited it. The film is getting ready for a big release on August 11th and hopes to cash in on the Independence Day weekend.

According to trade sources, there are huge expectations on this film as Rana’s popularity has soared with two of his films – The Ghazi Attack and Baahubali: the Conclusion turning out to be big hits. With the trailer looking promising, it appears Rana is all ready to a score a hat trick this year.
