BBC reports quoting Chinese Daily, a newspaper, that Communist party has warned its members in June that politicians should follow "higher moral standards" than the general public and they could get sacked for adultery.

The daily also reported that six officials have been found guilty of committing "adultery", though no word of punishment is out yet. For the Chinese public, mistresses of politicians have become the highest symbol of corruption, as they believe that politicians are pilfering public money to maintain the mistresses.
