Kerala Secretariat on Wednesday witnessed clashes among employees over flex boards placed by the LDF and UDF supported employee organisations in front of the Secretariat building.
On Tuesday evening some flex boards appeared in front of the Secretariat with photographs of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and solar scam accused Saritha Nair. Some flexes also had memes of Chandy and Saritha, sitting together like a couple, designed like the poster of the Malayalam movie ‘Adi Kapyare Koottamani’.
Since those flexes were placed by LDF supported employee organisations, UDF backed organisations placed boards mentioning controversial statements by Polit Bureau member Pinarayi Vijayan.
On Wednesday morning the employees began to fight in groups. After one and hours of clashes, police removed all the flex boards. Police also dispersed the employees
