Several reports had reported briefly on a third and important smartphone to be launched by Apple along with the launch of the latest iPhone 8 versions. The occasion of the 10 anniversary of the launch of the iPhones is being marked by the release of this phone with some important features.

Now some leaks with a schematic diagram or a blueprint have given more muscle to the rumor mills and some details can be shared here.

The first speculation relates to the name of the phone. There are suggestions it might be called the iPhone X, the ‘X’ denoting the 10 year celebration.

The real sensation relates to the dual camera system which is expected to be placed vertically on this new phone as a departure from practice.

The other news relates to the indication that the new A11 chipset will replace the A10 Fusion chipset and is expected to extract a better performance from the new phone.

Some of the other features that can be observed from the schematic include the placement of two stereo speakers in the front as well as the fingerprint scanner. Besides, a tapic engine and a 3D touch engine are also mentioned in the image.

Yet another news point from these revelations is that the new iPhoneX might sport two batteries instead of one. This could be a game changer and the age old problem of the iPhone batteries being thought of as not so powerful might see an end. The speculation over the location of the fingerprint scanner is inconclusive since the front display screen is expected to have full screen display with no space for any buttons; so how will Apple accommodate the fingerprint scanner is the question for which there is no definitive answer yet.

Even otherwise, most of what has been leaked is still in the realm of rumor and speculation. One has to take them in that sense only.
