Actor Amitabh Bachchan has spoken about the conrovery surrounding Nestle product Maggi in an interview to CNN-IBN. Bachchan who was once a brand ambassador for Maggi said that a "if you are in a celebrity position, then you are bound to get drawn into cases". He added that he had checked with Nestle about the quality of the product and Nestle had assured him of the same. On Saturday, a case was lodged by an advocate in Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court in Barabanki against actors Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit and Preitzy Zinta for promoting Maggi noodles, saying they have been found to be harmful for public health.
