In filmmaker Shankar’s Rs. 350 crore magnum opus Enthiran 2.0, starring superstar Rajinikanth, actor Akshay Kumar plays a crazy scientist, who turns into a crow after an experiment goes wrong.
While Akshay’s crow look has been heavily guarded, his scientist avatar has been leaked from the sets of the film. The film is currently underway in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi, where the makers are apparently shooting a football sequence and Akshay is said to have been spotted in the middle of the crowd. While Akshay stunned everybody with his look, almost unrecognizable for most on the sets, he couldn’t avoid being caught by the shutterbugs.
The Delhi schedule will last for another 20 days and the makers will next head to Morocco to shoot other important portions of the film, which also features Amy Jackson, and she’s said to be the only lady on the sets.
Akshay, who makes his Tamil debut with the project, plays the antagonist and will lock horns with Rajinikanth in some high-octane action scenes.
Tipped to be the most expensive Indian film since Baahubali, the principal shooting of Enthiran 2.0 will be wrapped up by October, and the film will hit the screens early next year.
