Here is the good news that all Akhil Akkineni’s fans have been waiting eagerly for. The young star’s film went on to the floors at the Annapoorna Studios in Hyderabad. The event was well attended by those in the film fraternity and Nagarjuna’s family.

Amala Akkineni, Naga Chaitanya, K Raghavendra Rao, Sumanth and Sushanth, and Naga Suseela were among those that attended the muhurat of the film. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the will have music by Anup Rubens and cinematography by PS Vinod. Prawin Pudi will be editing the film and Rajeevan will be in charge of the art direction.

Vikram Kumar had directed Manam with Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya in the lead and the film also had Akhil in a cameo. Speaking about the project, Vikram Kumar said that he is happy to work with Annapoorna Studios again and added that he will be coming with a commercial entertainer this time round.

The pooja of the movie happened at the Annapoorna Studios with veteran director K Raghavendra Rao switching on the camera and Nageswara Rao’s great granddaughters Sathya and Sagari giving the first clap.
