Even as DMK leader Stalin claimed on Friday that the pictures of him hitting an auto-driver Dhilip during a rally in the Nilgiris distict were morphed, the auto-driver was brought to Coimbatore by his team. Stalin met the auto-driver and clicked a selfie with him, according to The Times of India report.

Stating that he himself was a DMK member, Dhilip told TOI, “Someone spread the video that I was slapped by Stalin. He did not slap me.”

Following the video which went viral on the social media sites, Stalin was repeatedly questioned. Though, the auto-driver said that he was not involved in the incident.

Talking about the incident, Stalin had stated on Friday, “This time as well, I told another DMK member not to cause inconvenience to others, so I asked him to behave. Yes, it’s true I was a bit forceful. I am strict so that people don’t cause disturbance to the public.”

Contrary to the earlier statement, he said that some graphics have been added just like how Jayalalithaa is shown attending events through graphics.

Three months back, Stalin was seen in a video hitting a man in the Chennai Metro Rail and the man later stated that 'Stalin uncle did not slap me'. Moreover, Chief Minister Jayalalithaa too had criticized Stalin for the incident.
