There were reports sometime earlier that Aditi Rao Hydari will be making her debut in Tollywood with the Mohankrishna Indraganti directorial. However, chances of this film taking off appear bleak now with the filmmakers considering another heroine to replace her. Sources in the know say that Aditi Rao’s demand for high remuneration has stalled this film’s progress. Apparently, the producers are working on a tight budget and are not in a position to give in to the actor’s demands.

Aditi Rao Hyadri made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Prajapathi and was seen in the Tamil movie Sringaram in 2007. She made a comeback to Kollywood with the Mani Ratnam directorial Kaatru Veliyidai this year and is looking forward to scoring big in the south Indian film industry.

Sudheer Babu will be playing the lead role in this flick and according to the buzz, he will be seen portraying the role of a middle-class boy. Produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, the untitled film will be directed by Mohankrishna Indraganti. Sources say that Naresh has been roped in to play a crucial role in this flick.

Mohankrishna Indraganti made his directorial debut with Grahanam in 2004 and has directed films such as Mayabazar, Ashta Chamma, Golconda High School, Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarvatha, Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarvatha and Gentleman.

His latest release, Ami Thumi, was a story of romance including a battle of wits between a father and daughter, a rivalry between former business partners, and a suitor who eyes the family wealth. It follows a characteristic of screwball comedies, with women steering the drama. The film which hit the silver screens on June 9 this year, starred Avasarala Srinivas, Adivi Sesh, Vennela Kishore, Eesha Rebba and Tanikella Bharani in the lead roles. Sudheer Babu was last seen in Shamanthakamani that released in July this year. The film had Nara Rohit and Sundeep Kishan in the lead roles as well.
