As Magadheera celebrates its tenth anniversary, the film’s hero Ram Charan Teja posted a pic on Instagram and wrote, “Can’t believe it’s been a decade already! Still seems so recent! A big thank you to the dream team of #Magadheera, Keeravaani garu, @kajalaggarwalofficial & @geethaarts for this memorable film. @ssrajamouli garu, learnt so much from you back then and continuing to do so even now. #10YearsofMagadheera.”

A fantasy action film, Magadheera was written by K.V. Vijayendra Prasad and directed by S. S. Rajamouli. Magadheera was produced by Allu Aravind under his banner Geetha Arts with Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal playing lead roles. It was made on a budget of ₹350 million and turned out to be huge hit. The film’s technical crew comprised of K.K. Senthil Kumar for cinematography, Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao for editing and MM Keeravani for music composition.

After a decade of the film’s release, Ram Charan is collaborating with director SS Rajamouli for RRR. The shooting of this film is currently underway and is expected to hit the marquee early next year. RRR is being bankrolled by DVV Dhanayya under his banner DVV Entertainments on a budget of Rs 300 crore.

Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Seetharamaraju and Jr NTR will be playing the role Komaram Bheem in RRR. While Jr NTR will be sporting a bulky look with a beard, Ram Charan will be seen with in a completely different hairstyle.

On the technical crew roped in for the project, we hear that MM Keeravani is on board to compose the tunes and KK Senthil Kumar for cinematography with A Sreekar Prasad roped in for editing.  The director had signed up Tamil actor and director Samuthirakani for a key role and Bollywood star Ajay Devgn will be making a cameo appearance, it may be noted here. Ali Bhatt plays the female lead in this period flick.
