How many times have you thought that you're going to become fitter starting the next day/week/month/year? But there's always sleep to catch up on, food to be devoured and a number of other reasons why that doesn't happen.
Well, we've got a tiny little push for you to wake up to that alarm and get moving. A seriously inspiring video posted by model-actor Milind Soman on Tuesday shows his mother, Usha Soman, pulling off an 80-second plank!
Wondering what's the big deal about that? Nothing except that she's 78 years old!

Are you impressed or are you not?
This isn't the first time that Usha has impressed with how fit she is. In August last year, she had joined her son for in a marathon run saree-clad and barefoot!
And in 2014, she walked 100 kilometres in 48 hours, at the age of 74 for an Oxfam Trailwalker, without any physiotherapy in between.
