Antara Nandy, the 2009 finalist from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs talent show has now become an internet celebrity.
Her rendition of the super-hit song Pinga, from the movie Bajirao Mastani, along with her sister Ankita Nandy has already garnered over 1.5 million views on Facebook, reported NDTV.
The highlight of the video is the rendition of the song in its acapella version, using claps and a table as accompaniments.
“The main motive behind the video is to express that when you really want to make a video, you don’t need a complete band to make it,” says Antara in the video.
The song which features Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, was originally sung by Shreya Ghoshal.
