British beauty Amy Jackson, who has teamed up with filmmaker S. Shankar for the second time in a row in 2.0 after Vikram’s I, believes she is a huge fan of superstar Rajinikanth, with whom she has been paired for the first time in the upcoming sequel to Enthiran. On being asked about her experience of sharing screen space with Thalaivar, she said she learnt how to stay calm during trying situations from the actor.

“While shooting 2.0, I got to spend a lot of time with Rajini sir and learnt a lot from him. He treated me as his daughter and was always there when I needed him. What I instantly learnt from him is to be patient and disciplined in life, the way he does,” Amy was quoted in an article in Hindustan Times. She also said there’s so much more to learn from the 67-year-old star. “I am yet to know him well. So, every time I work with him, I will keep learning. It’s always a pleasure,” she said.

2.0 is being rumoured to be made on a budget of over Rs 400 crore, and it reunites Shankar and Rajinikanth for the third time. Although most of the talkie portion has already been completed, the makers postponed the release to ensure high quality VFX output. Over 15 studios from across the globe are simultaneously working on different portions of the film. Also starring Akshay Kumar as the antagonist, apart from Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey, the film will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.
