Come September 14, Mysskin will start work on his next directorial, Thupparivaalan, with Vishal and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead. The latest addition to the cast is actor Prasanna, who was last seen in Mysskin’s Anjaathe, nearly 8 years ago. He’s apparently very happy to be reuniting with Mysskin, and expressed this via a tweet. It is being rumoured that Prasanna might play the antagonist, but it is yet to be confirmed.
Tipped to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller, the project will be predominantly shot at night, a style that’s synonymous with most of Mysskin’s films this far. Rakul Preet Singh, interestingly, will be seen playing a pivotal role sans any make-up and will be portrayed very realistically.
Vishal will be seen playing a suave detective and will reportedly beef up for the role. While the supporting cast is yet to be finalized, Arrol Corelli has been roped in to compose the tunes.
