Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu is slated to hit the marquee worldwide this Friday, March 24, and the makers are busy with the promos. Meanwhile, the film has been certified with a clean U. With mega plans about the release, news is out that Katamarayudu is poised for a massive release in Tamil Nadu as well. Trade sources are out with the news that the film will be released in 150 screens across the state.

Earlier, mega star Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 grossed Rs. 70 lakhs on the opening day, while Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam’s opening weekend collection was Rs. 1.38 crore and Srimanthudu’s first week collections stood at Rs. 2.39 crore.
