The decks are cleared for the release of Remo, the most anticipated film in Sivakarthikeyan’s career so far.

With pre-release business worth Rs 31 crore alreadt done, all eyes are set on the film that’s slated to take the box-office by storm from October 7.

The makers are planning to dub the film in Telugu, and if everything goes as planned, it might have a simultaneous release along with the Tamil version.

More clarity on this can be expected early next week.

However, it has been confirmed that the idea is being seriously considered.

Directed by debutant Bakkiyaraj Kannan, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh, and the biggest highlight will be Siva’s role as a nurse in disguise.

Nearly 60 percent of the film’s running time will feature him playing a nurse, and he has shed about 10 kgs to play the role.

Apparently, 15 different getups were tried on the ‘Rajini Murugan’ actor before finalizing on the nurse look.

He has even dubbed in his own voice for the female character.

Keerthy Suresh will be seen as a medical student and Sivakarthikeyan will don the nurse’s avatar to woo her.

He has also denied reports that the film is a remake of Dustin Hoffman-starrer popular classic, Tootsie.
