This has got to be one of the coolest performance by a CEO.

We are talking about Asia’s richest man — Jack Ma, the popular entrepreneur and founder of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba.

On the occasion of the company’s 18th anniversary on September 12, Ma pulled off Michael Jackson moves in front of his audience made up of 40,000 employees.

Videos that have been circulating on the internet show the 53-year-old CEO entering the stage on a motorcycle sporting a mask.

Wearing a black and gold costume, inspired by what the pop icon wore during his 'Dangerous World Tour', the Alibaba founder danced to popular numbers such as 'Billie Jean' and 'Black and White'.

Towards the end of the performance, Ma removed his mask to reveal his smiling face to the cheering crowd.

This is not the first time that Ma is setting the stage on fire.

In 2009, during the anniversary of the company, he danced along to the Lion King song wearing a wig.
