InFocus, US-based smartphones company has introduced two of its latest smartphones in the India. These devices seem to be built around the photography capabilities. The two phones are Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4.

Turbo 5 Plus has a predecessor in Turbo 5 launched by the company earlier. It has a 5.5-inch IPS display with the screen resolution reading 720x1280pixels (HD). The MediaTek MT6750 SoC is the processor on this phone. 3GB is the RAM and 32GB is the internal memory storage with a provision for a microSD card slot. The Android Nougat 7.0 is the OS and 2 SIMs can be accommodated.

The phone has a dual camera setup in the rear comprising one 13MP sensor and an 8MP sensor. These cameras have wide-angle lenses of 80 degrees and 120 degrees. There is a dual tone flash module provided as well. There is a 5MP sensor in the front.

The battery on the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus is quite powerful at 4950mAh and InFoucs claims it offers a standby duration of up to 34 days. All connectivity options are available.

The other phone is projected as the superior one among the two phones released by InFocus, though the specifications do not differ very much. The display in the InFocus Snap 4 is 5.2 inches with the same 720x1280 HD IPS display as the Turbo 5.

The processor on this is a slightly improved MediaTek MT6750N SoC, which is a 64-bit octa-core one and supported by the Mali-T860 GPU. This phone has higher RAM and ROM compared to the Turbo 5 Plus. The InFocus Snap 4 has 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. The micro SD car provision is available and this is also a dual SIM smartphone. While the OS is the same Android Nougat 7.0, the battery, however, is a much lower 3000mAh.

InFocus is highlighting the camera specifications as the highlight of this phone with a 13MP plus 8MP dual camera setup with the cameras jointly acting to provide the Bokeh effect. The dual tone LED flash is there to support clicking images in dark environments also.

The front camera setup also features a dual sensor setup of 2x8MP cameras. Background blurring and a customized beautification technique are also incorporated in the front camera set up on the InFocus Snap 4 smartphone.

The InFocus Turbo is priced at Rs 8, 999 and the Snap 4 at Rs 11, 999. These devices are exclusive to Amazon India and will go on sale in September itself. Sale of the Turbo 5 Plus will start on September 21 and the Snap 4 from September 26.
